How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Before submitting a claim, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Filing a false or misleading copyright complaint may result in legal consequences.

Your DMCA Notice should include:

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content has been removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.

Your Counter-Notice should include:

• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its previous location on the website.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court under the DMCA and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their representative.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices that do not contain the required information may not be processed.

Restoration of Content

After receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless we receive notice that legal proceedings have been initiated, the removed content may be restored after approximately 10 to 14 business days as permitted by applicable law.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting false copyright claims or Counter-Notices may result in legal liability, including damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees where permitted by law.

Disclosure of Information

Information submitted in a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice may be shared with the opposing party, legal authorities, or service providers when required to process the claim or comply with applicable law.

By submitting a copyright notice or Counter-Notice, you consent to such disclosure where legally required.
